DocVerto is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.
File Processing & Data Retention
When you upload a file for conversion, it is temporarily stored on our server solely for the purpose of processing the conversion. Converted files are deleted immediately after download. Any files not downloaded are automatically purged within 15 minutes of upload. We do not read, analyse, index, or retain any content from your files.
Many conversions (such as images and text files) are handled entirely in‑process on our own server and never leave it. Certain more complex conversions — for example those involving PDF and Office documents — are processed through CloudConvert, a trusted third‑party conversion provider. In those cases your file is transmitted securely to CloudConvert only for the moment needed to perform the conversion and is deleted by them shortly afterward. CloudConvert does not use your files for any purpose other than performing the requested conversion. You can review their practices in the CloudConvert privacy policy.
No Personal Data Collection
DocVerto does not require an account, email address, or any personal information to use the conversion service. We do not track individual users. We record only anonymous conversion statistics (file format and size) to improve the service.
Contact Form Data
If you use our contact form, the information you submit (name, email, subject, and message) is stored securely in our database and used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not share this information with third parties.
Advertising & Cookies
DocVerto is supported by advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to DocVerto and/or other sites on the internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits.
